Benji and Joel Madden

Fans of the group Good Charlotte know this famous group of identical twins. Benji and Joel Madden got their start in 1996 when they formed their pop punk band in the garages of Waldorf, Maryland. Today the band, consisting of Joel Madden on vocals, Benji Madden and Billy Martin on guitars, Paul Thomas on bass and Dean Butterworth on drums, have sold over 11 million albums worldwide. Their first record was released in 1999 and their last album, Cardiology, was released in 2010, just before their split the following year.

After Good Charlotte disbanded, Joel and Benji formed their own band, The Madden Brothers. The original band reformed and released the album Youth Authority in 2016, followed by a four-city East Coast tour. The twins also launched Veeps, a digital tool for artists to manage their tickets and fan base. Veeps offers a roster of 350 artists including Emma Stone, Pete Yorn, Hot Chelle Rae and Trippie Redd.
